I've been spending my FPP's at stars on the 60fpp turbo steps tournies... These are fairly soft, I've played 3 and got 2 step 1 tickets.
Ideally, I would love to get to step 4 and play the sunday million.
Is there a particular strategy I should use with these or just play as I would a normal sng?
You have to consider the payout structure (bubble won't be when 4 are left, etc) and adjust accordingly. 
Is it so that when you get step 4 you can register for 200+15 dolllar tournament and unregister and get 215 tournament dollars?

I don't think you can cash in the ticket... The stars website says steps tickets are not redeemable for cash. You can play the $200+$15 sunday million/warmup tournies though.
