CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS AND IS THIS THE RIGHT PLACE TO ASK

hello guys, I NEED HELP!!!
i downloaded the elephant,installed it and when i run it it says that i have bugs.How can i fix this problem ?

it gives me a bug report that says :

I have exactly the same problem. I decided that the problem is that I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 and I read that I Elephant needs at least Service Pack 3. Well, I installed Service Pack 3 but again the same bug report appeared.

so what can we do about it? will someone write us back on this subject coz the raport says that we should publish it here on the forum or we should somehow try to fix it by ourselves even though i cant imagine how??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????HHHEEELLLPP

This is a new release of Elephant and when I started the installation it said that I need a newer version of .NET framework. I downloaded it and then Elephant started normally.
But I have another problem now. When hands from Full Tilt poker are auto imported it says that for example 13 errors happened( the number of hands).
I am playing PLO.
