Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $1(BB) Replayer
SB ($110)
BB ($105)
UTG ($54.58)
UTG+1 ($100)
CO ($108)
Hero ($100)

Dealt to Hero J♥ K♣

fold, UTG+1 checks, fold, Hero raises to $4, fold, BB raises to $13, fold, Hero calls $9

FLOP ($27.50) 7♠ 2♥ 8♦

BB bets $16, Hero calls $16

TURN ($59.50) 7♠ 2♥ 8♦ J♣

BB checks, Hero checks

RIVER ($59.50) 7♠ 2♥ 8♦ J♣ 3♦

BB checks, Hero bets $29, BB calls $29

Villain: 22/19/1.9/17/3bet:4.8/3bet vs. Steal from BB: 13 / 190 h

Villain is a Reg. MP posts the blind and i isolate. I think he can 3bet pretty light in that situation because i´m isolating light. MP almost never has a hand. I have a foldto3bet percentage of 70.
My plan was to call and float postflop.
On the turn i have SD value so i check behind.
After he checks the river i valuebet against 99 TT, maybe QJ JT. I think he would bet an overpair on the River.
What do u think?

KJ against range of 4.8% is a bit weak isn't it?

13 % in BB vs. steal
But i guess KJ isn´t the best hand to call and move postflop, because if u hit something it can get u into ugly situations.

easy muck vs 4.8% 3bet
I think 13% 3bet defence is not high at all, I might only defend with KJo if he has >10% 3bet and >20%3bet BB defence.

I think a 13% range would be close to ATs+/AJo+/22+/54s+. Unless you are sure that you can move him off his hand often, I think it is not really a good idea to float in 3bet pots as it is expensive when you fail.

I think he would bet Turn with strong overpair unless you have history of trying to move him and he wants to c/c or c/r turn so we can eliminate that from his range. so I think the post flop line should be good.

+1; the prob with KJo is obv: low potential, big reverse imp odds when u hit tp sort of hand coz of domination, if it was suited its closer..

it's not the best hand to play back because of reverse implieds. but: the situation is an obvious one, so I am probably often 4bet bluffing. If I did that a little too often I might also call to outplay him postflop. postflop it's a nice hand.

-->not the best hand, but doable
