The villain is LAG. I was on this table for 40hands and had loose image, 3betting often. I just lost the hand before and might look like steaming! I think i am often ahead of his range. What's the optimal play here? Fold/call/push?

You are pretty deep, you can call preflop.

sometimes is just better to fold AQ pf. plus if you lost a hand before is better to skip next hand unless it is QQ+ ; it appears very tilt/donk in opponents eyes if u shoving it twice in a row.

i wouldnt fold AQs to a lags raise.
and you stack isnt THAT deep. with 21 BB you should be below average.
so folding AQs is a bit too weak.
you can call and push on the flop if you hit or have a draw.
but pushing against a lags raise is not a mistake here.
let him think you are steeming and call oyu with KQ, AJ+, 77+ and you can dubble up very often.
if he just picked up a very strong hand your dead but otherwise he WILL call you and you can dubble up.
