Another option is:

1. Open needed hand in HM hand replayer
2. In the top middle part of replayer table you see button with white text "hand history" - press it
3. At the right side of Hand replayer window a hand history text window will pop up
4. Press the button labeled "2+2" in the hand history window.
5. Come back to PS.com, open new thread in the appropriate Strategy forum and paste "it" by pressing Ctrl + V or right mouse click-> Paste
6. Don't forget to delete results after pasting if you post it in Hand evaluation forums.

I'm using this, and it is very easy and comfortable. I hope my English was ok..
