Hi,

I probably would for 50bb, chances are he won't fold a good Ax in that spot so 3betting him to get it in before anything scares him off is fine.

Calling the flop to see a non-spade turn is another usual line in position against an aggressive shorty, just to make sure you have him crushed equity-wise when the money goes in if he has a draw and don't scare him off marginal Ax hands that he'll jam in on the turn. I'm not folding on the turn without a better read tho, he might still do that with any Ax especially if he picked up worse two pairs. If he has 2x or a set, so be it !
