Is this the bit where I mention that this is a short stack strategy forum, or should I just bite my tongue? :O

Hey simm1,

SSS can be played with 15-25 big blinds and since you play at the table with 100big blinds that's a BSS category hand. However, I don't think you really look for advice with this hand, so I will leave it in this forum and evaluate it myself, but on request I'll ask moderator to move to BSS forum.

LOL..... Why?

why not? :P

Normally you should 3-bet preflop to 3x the size of initial raiser. That's because if you don't bet right amounts you will give odds to your opponent to call with speculative hands like SCs and PPs which can improve to very strong hand on the flop and most of the time you will pay such player off with your overpair. So, 3-bet 0.45-0.5$ and shove to a 4-bet.
