Ok, isloating with JTs is starting to look risky.

Calling that 4-bet is even more risky, even though you get good odds. Of course it depends on his history. You say that he is loose, but loose players still make their 3-bets (or at least 4-bets with good hands like AQ+, JJ+). I'd put him on AQ, AK, QQ, KK, AA now.

Kind a bad flop for you bcs of the ace and it fits to his range so good. Yet you get 4:1 think I would fold it since it looks like standard ace bet (maybe even worse ace than AQ or AK).

I guess you could think of shoving him on turn to get the pot directly but since the FD you really don't have to cause you may have SD value. Ya have many outs. You get good odds and calling is justified how-even you can think of pushing but I know that loose fish don't like to let go of their ace (which is almost sure now) and I doubt you have lot of FE. So call is ok.

On river I'd bet like 45-50k.

your isolation is cool, and you certainly have to call the small 4bet.
on the flop you have an easy call of this small bet, again on the turn the bet is so small you can never fold.
on the river your stack is down to 60k... im thinking about pushing all in on the river.
if he calls 36666 he might also call the rest of your stack.
if he has a set he will probably call an all in if he is willing to call a smaller bet.
so i would push the river with the nuts here.

because if he calls the small bet in 80% of the time you win 36000*0,8=28800 on average.
if you push 60k and he will call 50% of the time you still win 30000l on average.
and so on so i would simply push the river,.
