get the sum of $45 payed out to an account? I know it says $50 min but I'm stuck at $45 and no one on my TAF list are earning points ATM.
Is it also possible to have something paid out to an FTP account? I'm closing my other accounts down most likely.

Due to logistical reasons, I don't think this (either) is possible I'm afraid. They have to set a minimum to make it worthwhile and to cut down on loads of small payments having to be processed. I understand that the platforms shown in the drop down field are the only ones currently available.
Never say never though, things might change in the future.
