The HUD is only visible on certain tables, for example I might be playing four tables and only a couple of tables show the players' stats. I thought it might just need a few more hands to bring them up but even after 50hands there is nothing.
If I search the player's name on the Elephant software I can see their stats there, so it's not that the stats aren't getting through, if you see what I mean, there just not being shown on HUD.
Any suggestions as to why this is happening/ what I can do about it would be greatly appreciated
