There is many Qx, KT, KQ, even AQ, T9 so i v-bet & protect on flop and turn. What would you do on river? Bet/fold , Check/call ?

I would b/f the river. Qx is certainly calling and i think these kinda players raise the Turn with Jx. KT got there but still i´m b/f river.

not possible due to stack sizes.

I'd shove and hope for a Q to call.
