[Closed] PokerAce HUD problem

I've got PokerTracker and PokerAce HUD. I've followed the guides on pokerstrategy, they're very helpful

My PokerTracker is running fine, tracking hands, calculating stuff and everything. But I have a problem with PokerAce HUD. I've done all settings as described, downloaded pokerstrategy's layout, imported it. PokerAce HUD detects tables I'm playing at and even puts VP$IP and PFR. However, they are always N/A. Even after I play 30 and more hands at the table (my minimum hands is set at 10). After some hands when I click on my name, I get PokerAce's information in a popup but I never get it on other players.

So what could be the problem? Too little hands or anything else?
