there's no rule yet for a calldown in a multiway pot. it's just way too complicated to do so and it's easier to decide street by street. For the first you need either the potodds or the equity to continue. Without being at least break even with a call I think you can fold directly. That is your hand is often not strong enough to calldown unimproved so if you have already less than 33% on the flop you can fold directly. (Sure you may also call and fold to bad cards but you need at least a bit equity to do so. Let's say 30%.)

After a preflopcap you are wvery often against a better overpair or some good overcards. In the first case you have 2 outs in the second you are ahead. Even if they both have 50% of the time either an overpair or overcards they both together have 75% of the time an overpair (Chance that SB has overcards * chance that BB has overcards = 0,5 * 0,5 = 0,25. --> Chance that both have overcards = 25% so in 755 of all time either of them or both have an overpair.) So 75% of the time you are drawing and 25% of the time you are ahead. With overcards they have a lot outs against you and in case you are drawing you have just 2 outs so I don't see you having 30% here and so I fold the flop.
