Can't remember if I seen it or just made it up that this is not permited. If I never deposited money on pokerstars and now I will cash out from my account and then make a deposit, will I still be able to get the 100% up to 600$ bonus deal ?

Yeah its pretty straight forward to "beat the system".
Say I want to deposit $100 on Pokerstars... but I see ooh, 100% upto $600.
What you simply do is deposit $600... and then 48 hours later withdraw $500.
Hey presto. Full bonus and no excess risk on the site of choice.
The only problems:
1) You have to have $600 in a bank account "spare" for a few days.
2) You have to be careful about the rules for withdrawal on each specific site. Some sites require a certain (usually small) amount of hands to be played, points to be generated or length of time til the money can be withdrawn.
3) In order to clear a bonus that is above your bankroll you will either have to play a lot for most of the bonus and may be tempted to play above your limit. Check first that you actually can clear the bonus before you deposit! It may be better to deposit $300 and claim a smaller bonus that not get any bonus at all.
