Hi,

Given that both of your opponents are halfstacks and that UTG seems interested in the hand, going broke with top two pairs is ideal so you can just raise the flop and lead the turn, they'll call with flushdraws, gutshots and top pairs, maybe even Jx. In case they're good players it also look weaker than c/c c/r.
