reraise preflop

with ur stack I'm reraising preflop to 1400-1600 and see what happens

as u play it call preflop
i would raise flop 1400-1600 (i cant see call here on that board) and fold if he push
if i call flop as u do I'm raising turn when flush hits to 1400-1600 representing flush(for cheap showdown) NEVER COLD CALL HERE, and if he push I'm folding
if he calls raise I'm cheking river
as u play it , I cant see call on river expect if u think that he will bet with air 3 times
(i dont think that even fish do that)
only hand that u can beat in on river is AKo - A spade and some pockets 77,88( i dont think that u'll see that often enough) JJ are better than TT kq jq aq hits and flush draw too so is clear fold on river as u play it

i like the call preflop.
i wouldnt reraise in best position with TT vs an utg raiser.
28/9 looks not as a LAG maniac so his PFR range is pretty strong with 9%.
but you certainly have to call preflop.
on the flop it gets tricky.
in CG i would just call him and let him bet his air.
but here you dont have good enough reads on him to do so, so i would raise the flop and fold to a push.
as played you have to call the turn because of the odds. a raise now is a bit too crazy.
on the river you have to fold i guess.
i cannot see him betting 88 or 77 3 streets.
you get 3,x:1 odds so you need to win 25% of the times here on the river, and i dont think he would bet 3 times with underpairs.
