When does the week begin and when does it end (as far as rake calculation) So I can estimate how much I'll be getting.
Also, did anyone else get their rake today, instead of the normal Friday payout?

I assume your referring to Full Tilt yes?
If so, its calculated from Tues to Monday and paid out the following Friday.
