Hi everyone, I would really appretiate some feedback on a hand that came up last night while playing in a live MTT, unfortunately I can´t give the exact chip count but you´ll get the idea. I was playing in a 45 person tournament with the top 3 getting a ticket to play in the National Championships and 4th getting getting a cash prize equivalent to 1/3 the value of a ticket. We are down to 4 with 2 people almost guaranteed tickets.

Button (t40000)
Hero (t60000)
BB (t180000)
UTG (t120000)

Blinds 4000/8000

UTG and button fold, I shove with AKs and get called by the BB with 66. I don't hit and the other 3 get the tickets and me the cash prize.

The button had been playing very tight, I have managed to put some distance between between us in the last couple of orbits by pushing UTG on his BB he even talked about folding A9 one of the hands! The two chip leaders had done a good job of bullying the table. I realise that this is usually an easy shove but with the BB playing so tight maybe I should had only called and then folded to a shove to not risk all my chips when I was looking like outlasting the button, 2 more orbits and he would have almost blinded out, this almost happened earlier but he picked up JJ and doubled up.

Thanks for your thoughts

what ih he dubles up again??
shove _thumbsup:
or just reraise 3bb to look stronger and pushing/caling any flop (but u have a strong hand u don't need to that and u dont want big stack to see cheap flop ) so SHOVE
u came to play and u got to play

easy shove.
the other shortstack isnt that short that you can think about folding AK here. if he has something like 30k or 25k you could fold and wait for him to bust but with his stack beeing 2/3 of your stack you MUST shove here.
