I start out raising smaller whenever your ATS goes up, also I tend to cBet smaller. In this case $2.5 to $2.25 since Q55ss ain't a drawheavy board besides the ♠ but since you have the A:s ;)...

As played, call River, if you are laying down ATo here then ask yourself the question why do you play ATo from CO besides hitting Two pair+

Interesting. I didn't make a smaller cbet exactly because of the flush draw. The draw comes in on the turn and villain bets on the river. I'm not worried about villain having an ace as I assume better Aces are 3bet preflop, but the flush has hit and villain is apparently passive so just because he doesn't bet the turn doesn't mean he doesn't have the flush.
