When I use holdem manager the HUD does not appear automaticly after the first hand, I have to use table finder and "connect" the table with the little red square every time.
It's quite a hassle, and I think it should happen automaticly? How can I fix this?

Ask in the Holdem Manager forums, they should be able to help you.
I reckon that either you're using an old version (try updating to the latest beta), or you haven't got windows permissions etc set up properly. Either way the HEM forums are your best bet.
