Since he is raising utg that flop and turn is not a big part of his range.
Maybe it is better if he is 100 BB deep?

yes he has easy call with overpair, unless he is complete nit
with 100bb ti would be different story

What do you mean by that?
Do you get this read only by his stacksize?
If yes - fold preflop. The playability of your hand completely relies on implied odds which you don't have because villain has too small of a stack.
