Is this a snap fold pre flop.

Or should i sometimes call with this hands?

and river what about bet size?

you can call suited connectors, so i think you can also call 68s
you can bet 45$ on the river, he is either going to c/c or c/f, maybe c/rai if he is really stupid with overpairs
so you gain more if get called

Even with suited connectors i like to be at least 115 to 120 BB deep before i start calling them IP - unless the 3bet is extremely small.

But in this hand i'd definitely fold preflop, especially versus an unknown.

At the river i like you betsizing, it could be a bit bigger, but a bet of $45 might even scare him off with JJ or QQ since a lot of your range hit 2pairs or a straight.

No one would check/raise an overpair on this river.
