I put the hand into a video to make it easier to watch, it's the 4th hand I play in the clip -

http://www.pokerhandreplays.com/multihands.php/id/8939

It was in a 9 player NL hold-em $1 buy in Sit n Go, I think it was a stupid move but I had top pair on the flop and at the time I couldn't think of him having anything better, but I probably should have let it go when he called the All In. I find I let myself down in situations like this too often.

How badly did I play this hand and what should I have done when?

Hi all,

Preflop's good.

On the flop you should bet around 3/4 potsize. Very rarely should you overbet the pot. Once you get raised you should reraise him all-in.

On the turn because you just called on the flop I prefer checking (and then raising all-in if our opopnent bets). Once you bet you have to call the all-in. Bad luck to run into trips.

cliffnotes: should you fold? No. Did you make mistakes during the hand? yes
