0.5/1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.69 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with J♥, J♣
UTG1 folds, Hero raises to $3.50, 6 folds, BB calls $2.50.

Flop: ($7.50) 7♦, T♠, 2♠ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $5.00, BB calls $5.00.

Turn: ($17.50) 8♠ (2 players)
BB bets $12.00, Hero calls $12.00.

River: ($41.50) Q♣ (2 players)
BB bets $384.35 (All-In), hero ?

Notes on him: 4 tables Deep 100NL. Resteals my DB pre in SB to 4bet all-in: from $6 to $20 to $105.

Questioning my turn play and (cause of that) a hard river spot.

Thought if blank river to call to $30, and on turn to call to let him bet his toppair or semi-bluff at the river. Didn't want to push up the pot as he would only call a turn raise with better therefor muck any possible river bluffs at the turn.

I think i'm calling the turn and folding the river, too.
I expect an opponent like him to c/r his sets on the flop, but he's very aggro so imo he could take this line with something like JTs or T9s:
Board: Ts 7d 2s 8s
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 41.818% 41.36% 00.45% 182 2.00 { JTs, T9s, 98s, 7s6s, 6s5s, 5s4s }
Hand 1: 58.182% 57.73% 00.45% 254 2.00 { JcJh }

A raise would be overplayed imo since you got a lot of money behind and you won't get it in very good, he still plays 16/8, so his range shouldn't be too wide.

Btw always rebuy up to 100BB.
