2nd hand of a sit and go, i call 20 UTG, get a raiser to 80, raise to 260, he reraises allin and i call:

Flop : AQJ

Saw the Q first so i got scared, but then fancied my chances as he has one out.

Turn: J

Very safe now.

River: BAM! You guessed it Queen!

Hello JoPokerJo,

Although you got a very sick 1 outer, you misplayed the hand! You should raise with AA from any position. You dont wanna risk a massively multiway pot where anything can crack your AA.

Say you limp with A :diamond:A  and you get 5 callers and the flop comes K :club:9 :club:8 :club: There is a lot of action and your put all in. Surely some of them will have you beat with hands like 98, K9, Lots of flushes!

It would have been better to raise and fold out the hands like 98, K9 and just get hands like KQ calling. When the hit the flop they will give you there stack!

So please stick to the SnGs strategys!

Best Regards,

-Jack

They wouldnt have folded QQ though, and wouldnt have folded the flop.

I was prepared to take the risk of limping because it was an aggressive table then i could get more chips once the K9s folded.

UMMMM...

All i can really contribute from my view is...

Dont get tricky with AA by limping.

Its the first blind levle...its not like your going to win a BIG pot...just play ABC.
