was this correctly played vs such a bad player? he was betting potsize like this often so it didnt really scare me. didnt want to scare button away with 3bet..but perhaps that was badly played by me? the bb got a cheap flop..

Especially with the BU and you being 150BB deep while he is a bad player you should be inclined to 3bet big preflop.

As played you don't have much if a choice, 1.6AF is comparatively aggro given his >70VPIP, so imo c/r turn is fine.
