I dont want to bulid pot preflop with fish being oop and have low FE but the question is should I call and play postflop with him with AJ?

I assume CO was the fish.

It is fine to fold AJo OOP in this spot.
You could call or 3bet, but you need to have some handreading skills to make the play profitable.
If you are not comfortable calling or 3betting it, it is very likely you don't have these skills (no offense ;)).
So to take the maxEV line here you have to fold, but as i said this is fine, there will be +EV spots when you're IP vs the fish.

So you might want to work on your play OOP and/or in 3bet pots ;).
