Im not 100% sure what you are talking about? Have you received a second starting capital via email or are you talking about a first deposit bonus?

The OP may be talking about the 2nd part of the $50+100 or $50+50 starting capital. This is a matching 1st deposit bonus, with the intial $50 PokerStrategy money being treated as the first deposit.

Whilst PokerStrategy do occasionally provide a second starting capital these are randomly issued and are not commonly available. You could also check the news section regularly as there are often promotions/other events available:
