a friend of mine registered an account, sent the neccesary pictures and when he loged in 1 day after that he got the message: your accout has been diseabled.
why did that happed?
was there any problem? his account name is patronalex.

Im sorry to hear his account got closed. This could be a failed id check or suspicion of multiple accounts.
I have no access to account information so i can not tell you why. The best thing he can do is probably make a ticket to support.
