His 3bet range is really small, but if he 3bets, he does it from the BTN. After a long think i decided to 4bet/call. Whats my line if i just call his 3bet ? He cbets every Flop and 3/4 on Turn

What are my possibilities here ? I think i run against a strong range, but without reads you never now. He can just make it with a hand like KQ or something like that. But if i want to give him a range, i see REGS calling my 4bets with TT+(sometime lower pp 77+) and AK/AQ. Whats my line here. I bet small to induce something there. My line should be bet/call i think.
