Mansion Poker 100/200,

I had 1200 = 6 BB, so was following the push-chart for when I was first in... Colinf400 was a loose, constant limper. I realised my time was running out... But should I have waited longer since we were approaching the bubble??? Thanks for your thoughts.

saw flop | saw showdown

Button Hero (1200)
SB dimon0676 (3260)
BB Onehorsetown (4690)
UTG Uwemeier (3130)
UTG+1 tu33 (1700)
CO Colinf4oo (1020)

Preflop: Hero is on the Button with T♣ J♣
2 folds, Colinf4oo calls 200, Hero raises to 1200, 2 folds, Colinf4oo moves all-in for 820.

Flop (2520) 8♣ K♦ Q♦

Turn (2520) Q♥

River (2520) 7♦

Colinf4oo shows A♠ 9♣
Hero shows T♣ J♣

Colinf4oo wins 2520 with One pair, Queens

ALSO - I got "returned" 180 after this showdown, and really don't understand what that meant. Never seen that discussed anywhere... any idea?

cuz u raised to 1200 and he had 1020 only, so u get 180 back

If he really limps alot I like this shove, you have to pick a spot sooner or later anyway.

Thx - understand the push/fold charts better now

I felt it was a bit loose of a play at the time...

I am new to Mansion as there are no SNG play money tables and it doesn't say returned on full tilt where I have been practising so far!

Yep he really was a limper, but I'm gonna stop reading players until I understand the charts now...

Thx!

_cool:

but if he likes to limp any j q k or a, TJs isnt really ahead of anything here

unless he limps small suited connectors or random stuff like T2o, which I cant see him doing with 5 bb...

This. Don't worry too much about the hands he's calling your shove with. Keep in mind if he limps too much then he still has to fold a bunch of hands.
