since it is hard to get value from worse hands I think Id c/c both ahnds and evaluate river

Imo hand 1 is a b/f or a c/f vs an unknown - since a c/f can't win the pot i prefer to bet, but c/f is not much worse since the opponent might check back and you can hit an ace or a seven or you could even check it down sometimes.

I think a c/c is very bad because two thirds of the deck make it impossible to continue with the hand.
When you 3bet Ax OOP with x<T it's mostly because of cardremoval and therefore foldequity - maybe because you think you can take the pot down on a lot of flops if the opponent calls.
It's definitely not because you want to pair your x and somehow get to the showdown.

Hand 2)
Again a good b/f spot at the flop.
You could make it a bit bigger to discourage some middlepairs with a heart from calling, but i'd not bet the turn since it is reasonable for your opponent to call Ax w/o a heart to shove a non-heart turn.
I'd not bet the turn, it is not a good card to barrel because most middlepairs will either call or shove and you have almost 0% equity when called.
