Would be bet/fold flop the right move?

I'm unsure here too and often call the flop raise and fold the turn ui. But because he is not very passiv + he could use the dry board to bluff I think we cann call here at least the flop.

Turn and river is fine. After the rivercheck he has a 7 or 9 (no draw after the call )
