Fine by me preflop unless UTG is really tight in which case you might consider calling AKs instead of 3bet/folding it.
Postflop plays itself out you have tremendous equity on the flop hence the c-bet, you get really good odds with likely 15 outs on the turn hence the call, and on the river that fishy guy might still shove Qx or another busted diamond draw that he blockbetted on the turn, so getting more than 3:1 folding TPTK isn't an option.
