Early on in the match and villain has shown maniacle tendencies

I think the board is to drawy to not raise here imo

How much would you guys raise on the turn?

why do you minraise preflop?
flop, I bet a bit more on drawy boards, about 12$ here. Turn.. if he pots, he wants fold equity or protection.. so if he's very bluffy, I might flatcall (but have rather bad reverse implied odds when draws complete on the river). If he isn't, there's a good chance he'll abandon the river anyway, so we're better off raising for protection here.. 3x looks like enough considering he bet full pot

I minraise to keep the pot small ip when he 3b's me.

The flop c-b sizing is fine imo as there's only a fd which he is unlikely to have.

Not sure if I like making it x3 on the trn as I want to give him room to shove.
