this is so dry board that he is going to cbet like 100% of the time so I decided to float. As he cheks to me on turn bet is standard as it is part of my plan right? should I also bet river to make him fold his pp or this line is spewy?

Hi,

I usually don't like to float with hands like underpairs, our equity sucks to begin with and we might get randomly outdrawn later on by virtually anything.

Once we're on the turn tho, both betting and trying to check it down are fine and it mostly depends on how often you think he's taking pot control lines. The more he does, the less you want to float and bet into his top pairs in that spot. I usually just try and check it down.

River is opponent-dependent, the more he c/c 88-KK or draws on the turn the more you want to bet, the more he c/c marginal top pairs or better, the less you want to follow up. Without reads i'd take the showdown at this point and use the showdown to better my lines against him in the future.
