i just played a 2000 hand session of nl50sh and from hand 1000-1500 i played like a donk. at the end of the session i finished 180down. i played horrible.
Atleast i didnt break brm

at least you realized that you were playing bad :f_biggrin:... now try to stop yourself before you start donking away money next time... i had a similar problem i seem to find that if i blind out and go take a short break grab a drink, use the bathroom or something like that it really helps me get back to my A game.
i dont mind losing money due to badbeats. i just hate losing money due to bad play. i got badbeats too though.

losing 3 buyins is quite standard when running bad in a session
