Flop: ($0,49) 4♣, 8♥, 7♣ (2 players)
Hero bets $0,30, MP1 calls $0,30.

Turn: ($1,09) 9♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $0,72, Hero folds, MP1 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $1,09

C-bet should be cca 0.40$, my bad. Question is should I c-bet this flop, and if not, why? If I shoud, what to do on turn?

$0.30 on the flop is actually fine for a 3bet pot.. you don't need to cbet as much for them to fold. That's the problem with being OOP, you're almost always going to check/fold turn if you don't improve.

It all comes to that which hands players is calling 3-bet ip and if you can fold his one pair hands. NL2 level you can also c/f, since I doubt players are folding there enough times, that you can shove profit by c-betting.
