I want to add a monitor to my laptop (acer aspire 5315) for bigger picture. When i connect to monitor and restart my pc, the picture is on the extra monitor when the windows is loading but when i start to log in, the picture goes back to laptop and dissapears on the new monitor 
Can someone help me out, and could it be possible to make 2 monitors work at the same time? (on laptop and on new monitor)

I have similar model, so you use Vista right? Go to Control Panel, Personal Settings.........all fancy monitor set up ( e.g. matching screeens , seperate screens, drag from one screen to the otther) can be done here.
Best to leave monitor always plugged if possible as the system can get confused.

Right click on destkop and choose Properties.
Click settings tab and there you have monitor setup.
Click on second monitor (number 2), enable "extend my windows desktop onot this monitor. That should do the trick.
Sorry then , me no good with computers,,,,,,,,, but did your new monitor come with a disc? It may need installing?

now the other monitor show picture, but only my desktop backround

it did not come with a disc
Of course it's only background, because it's extended desktop

Hey EdgarAronov,
Just a reminder that its best to leave your moniter plugged in when starting up windows as otherwise all your settings will be lost and you will have to go through the process again.
It does this to me, however i use Windows Vista so it may be different
