1) Unless MP1 is a big fish, I like a PFR here with some the dead-money in the pot.

As played, PSB on the flop is essential to build the pot and charge any draws. Same on the turn. I'd also call the river unless I felt that MP1 was very tight/very passive/very straightforward.

3)On that flop there is very little fold equity versus 4 limpers, therefore c/c.
Not sure how much FE there is on the turn. c/c again possibly.

4)Difficult due to stack/pot-sizes. In any case, your flop check looks OK. If BU was an habitual bluffer then a CRAI can be OK since you have reasonable odds.
