BU has you beat very often, but I do cry call.
I saw to many times some random stupid bluff with crap to cry call with 10:1 pot odds.

He doesn't seem to run good so he might be on tilt (low wts AND low w$wsd). I take a look at his won % when raised river. If it's below 70-75% I think I call. Mathematically you could call if he has 90% or less but A-high is one of the most likely hands he could have after calling down. (Because the pot is 10 BB big.)

Without that read I make a crying call and hope for a bluff.
