As were deeper I think c/r bigger on the flop is the way to go here

A potsize raise on the flop would be to €63, so this is still on the moderate side.

I think you played it well, he's very aggro and there's a very narrow range of sets that beat you at the flop, basically 5 combinations of hands (3 of 22, 1 TT, 1 QQ).

At the turn a gutshot got there and QJ - but you still have to ask yourself if he 3bets those at the flop.
So there's nothing you can do but ship it in and sometimes get folds and sometimes get called by worse.
By the way i think he would push a set on the flop, so you're even more likely to be ahead at the turn.

The betsizing is fine, you could 4bet a bit smaller at the flop to maybe induce something. But really just a bit, you still want a good potsize to be able to comfotably push the turn.
