Fold to the first bet. You have only 6 outs to the nuts and even if you hit your straight on the turn, chance is good you are geting freerolled against the same straight + flush draw or your opponent can improve to a full house.

It's probably a fold, you need around 30% equity here and with the FD out there you can be running awesomely bad against a set and a FD. or FD and 2 pair and stuff like that. Altough raise/folding looks and feels ugly but it's better raise/call-ev for 95bb

I think calling the flop is better than raising on this board
