I don't know how much experience you got in MTT's. I do think however that the ironman freeroll will consist of many cashgame specialists and high stakes MTT players, since getting the points together by playing MTT's is rather unlikely.
I would just treat this like a qualifier for a Sunday Mayor i.e.750K guaranteed with 50$ buyin. Try to start tight, double up and fold yourself into the money. If you have some shortstakes to your right, put them under pressure when they are in the blinds, especially at the bubble. Once in the money, play agressive. You wanna win it, you have nothing to loose.
Just my 2 cents.
thank you.
I play MTT as I play SnG which is probably not good enough.
Last MTT I played was 90 KO , I played ONLY 9 hands entire tournament and won 4th place :-)
I hope Ill cash something in the freeroll , could use a small BR boost ♦
don't put pressure on the shortstacks, that's so incredibly wrong and u bronze people just won't get it ♦
edit: gold

start 3betting preflop instead of shoving over the top with strong hands as people are going to be calling with a larger range now m8
I'm a maniac ♦ (and bored)
Villain just said at the table : "we got a nice allin-idiot at the table"

I'm not sure I want to see a flop with 88 ... lol...
Loosening up is not justified yet , blinds are too small...
But I might try some re steals with KJ+/88+ from late position...
hmm true but its not the way i'd go about it personally. It's just personal preference really isn't it.
The 2 players to my left are seating out.
