What is the difference between for example Ats,A9s,A8s and ATo,A9o,A8o.It's just I don't understand what do the "s" and "o" at the end stand for?

s - suited, o - off suit; like ATs = A♠T♠ and ATo = A♥T♣

Hi xyperion,

s = stands for suited, i.e. cards of the same suit e.g. 7 :heart:6 :heart:

o = stands for offsuit, e.g. 7♥ 6♣

Having a suited hand is a little stronger than offsuit due to the possibility of catching a flush.
