Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $1(BB) Replayer
Hero ($99.50)
BB ($61)
CO ($102)
BTN ($102)

Dealt to Hero 5♠ 8♠

CO raises to $3.50, BTN calls $3.50, Hero raises to $15, fold, CO calls $11.50, fold

FLOP ($34.50) 2♥ 5♥ 6♦

Hero checks, CO checks

TURN ($34.50) 2♥ 5♥ 6♦ 6♣

Hero bets $14, CO calls $14

RIVER ($62.50) 2♥ 5♥ 6♦ 6♣ T♦

Hero checks, CO bets $46, Hero folds

CO wins $60.50

Both villains unknown. They just sat down at the table.
CO instacalled my squeeze and insta checked the flopped. I figured if he had some kind of overpair he would at least think some seconds if he should bet the flop. So I bet the Turn against AK AQ KQ kinda hands. Didn´t see any value in betting the river so i c/f.

I wouldn't squeeze if they're unknown.

But once we squeeze, I think I just c/f flop. I don't wanna fire because I think we get called a lot and anything has huge equity against our hand.

I think the squeeze is ok although i'd prefer not to do it if you know nothing about the opponents.
You're gonna be in very tough spots.

At the flop if you think his range is weighted towards overpairs the check is good - but there is absolutely no reason to bet the turn.
He will not fold any kind of overpair.

So i'd bet the flop to have some foldequity (maybe with the intention of 2ndbarreling, but vs an unknown i think most of the time it's a b/f at the flop with the intention to give up when called) or check - but checking is with the intention to either give up or if the board comes down good reevaluate the river and perhaps catch some bluffs.
