[Closed] advice on switching to SH

i was wondering what you think should be the buy in, brm, and how the style of play changes...

you have to pay the blinds more often thus you will play more hands and steal more. The aggression is also higher.. meaning you will face looser 3bet and 4bets compared to FR. Good players will also isolate fish with a wide range. Implied odds also decrease because less often players will be holding strong hands.

You should read the silver articles they are really well they helped my transition from FR to SH.

30 stacks seems reasonable for like NL25 and NL50


yeah also play less tables. i moved from nl25fr to nl50sh (alittle while ago) and it was a shock about how much action i got


do you mean 30 stacks with max buy in?

anyway i think i will stay with sngs and FR until i get enough points for elephant license because i think its pretty important to have stats...

Yes 30 Buyins of 100BB each or 3000BBs, it seems to work for me at least for NL25/50.
