Ok I'l Try to help you on the hands next -
but firstly you are leaving out alot of detail about each hand ...
ie) stack siezes,Position at the table, reads -also stats if available if not thats ok. theses details are really important. Even without these stats its clear you have huge leaks in your game by the hands you have posted.

I can try discuss each hand with you to try plug these leaks -if you want

Hand 1. Ok this one looks prety standerd ( although it is totally villian dependent how you play the flop here.. this is where reads and stats are important
. Lets start with asking why you bet the flop what type of hand did you want him to call you with & when he called did it narrow his range in any way - what hands did you want him to fold ...you must ask yourself these questions every time you act in any hand you play..(-what was your thought process in this hand
i.e you raise preflop WHY bet flop WHY
he called preflop WHAT hand will he do this with he called flop What hands will he call preflop and now call the flop with.

I thought his hand was some where low A or AT
I was in Mid pos he was on the button.

Why are you only raising to .30? Your supposed to raise to .40

i had AA or KK over 10 times and NONE i had any callers....

ive been having this kind of suck out every day since last thursday..

lost 1/3 of my bankroll already..

Reading the articles would be a start. You raise to 4BB x1 every limper, your allowing fish to call and your loosing a lot of EV with SSS by allowing them to call even with good hands like Aces. Against one opponent no matter what hand they have aces wins over %80 of the time, but against 3 or more you only win %50 or less of the time. For example.

Nah look at my 4 hands n losing $90 NL0.10/0.25, BAD BEAT HAPPEN TO ANYONE.

*AA vs 89 ( he was on tilt and all in preplop),
He raise to 2BB, i raise to 7BB, he straight all in!!!
(pot about $50, luckly i didnt go on tilt after losing this hand, he got his str on river)

*KK vs QQ (all in preflop, he got his set QQQ)

*AA vs 33 (all in preflop, he got his set 333 on river)
TWICE my AA losing to set 333 in 1 day.
-i raised 4BB, Bstack raise 3x the pot, i ALL IN, he called, and i lose!

The good news is, i got a lot of points from this hand, is it a good news?

You see, even if u had a PREMIUM HAND AA/KK, u cant beat a GODLY LUCK player.

and all of them to this guy who plays 80%VPIP!!!!

he limps in every hand and calls raise every hand and RIVER every one on the table EVERY HAND!

and there is another 2 guys playing 50%VPIP who were winning player..

I know just the feeling. My honest opinion? Take two to three days a break off poker, i mean really.

Try thinking about the fun of playing it, the joy that is dealing those cards. Try thinking if you played the hands badly. As more as it sucks nobody calling to AA or KK. It sucks even more getting called and then bad beated.

Go take a walk on the park, have a lot of sex, trust me, three days from now you will be thanking me. The winnings will come back, i guarantee.
