Well,

I introduced one of my friend to play for fulttilt room and he mistakenly
key in the marketing code PSVIP instead of PS150.

So, we had email to fult tilt for a solution and they havent giv any response. Pokerstrategy and pokerstars email response is much more faster

So, normally in this case what will happen? Do i have to tell my friend to open another accoount on diff Pokerroom? Or Else?

Hello Justin37,

It is all down to full tilt support. Your friends account will be tracked to PokerStrategy so he/she can deposit and gain strategy points, but they might not be able to receive the capital unless full tilt change the code.

damn it, they do not allow player to change the CODE, well "good" now my friend have to find new pokerroom.
