Hi,

Really hard to say without having played with him, you mainly want to make an educated guess on whether he's capable of raising top pairs or worse on the flop, which most decent players won't at nl5, but he looks bad so you never know. Anything he played previously could help.

For example if you've seen him check/call down with top pair and play draws passively there is a decent chance you're already toast on the flop unless he's bluffing, in which case your options are folding or calling him down.

Or if you know he plays draws aggressively and wouldn't do that with a top pair then calling the flop and folding only if a spade hits is fine.

As a default since he's representing very few made hands and a lot of players will play draws like that nowadays, i'd probably call the flop in position and fold that turn unless i had seen him get out of line with a top pair before. I'm calling a blank turn and reevaluating on the river.
